What began as a lost domain name has returned as something far bigger than a simple website. Welcome to a new multimedia gateway into the expanding world of Craypoe Productions.
Years ago, I originally owned the Craypoe.net domain name and used it simply as a pointer to the Craypoe Productions blog. Eventually, I accidentally let the domain expire.
Later, out of curiosity, I checked to see what had become of it and discovered that another company had acquired the domain and was using it for an apparel business. Judging from the language and text on the site, it appeared to be a Scandinavian company.
Although I was disappointed to see the domain name taken, life moved on.
Very recently, however, I checked the domain again and discovered that it had become available once more. I decided to reclaim it immediately and purchased the domain for three years at a very reasonable discounted rate.
So now there are two primary Craypoe websites:
- Craypoe.com — The official Craypoe Productions website
- Craypoe.net — Bob Craypoe’s World
But what exactly is Bob Craypoe’s World?
Rather than creating another massive website with endless pages, I decided to do something different. Bob Craypoe’s World is intentionally compact — only five pages — but heavily focused on multimedia content.
The site places emphasis on:
- videos,
- music,
- blogs,
- documentaries,
- animated content,
- playlists,
- and multimedia features from across the Internet.
Much of the site consists of embedded content consolidated into one easy-to-navigate location. The goal was not to create a gigantic website, but rather a streamlined multimedia hub that quickly demonstrates the variety and scale of content connected to the Craypoe Productions universe.
In many ways, the site acts as a central showcase for the multimedia side of Craypoe Productions:
- music,
- animation,
- documentaries,
- humor,
- motivational content,
- websites,
- blogs,
- and video projects.
The result is a small but content-rich website designed to give visitors a strong overview of the growing Craypoe universe in just a few easily navigable pages.
