It's been a while since our latest update and for that I humbly apologize. But I am happy to say that a good number of things have been accomplished during that time. Two big developments are the uploading of multiple short videos on both YouTube and Instagram. The shorts put the YouTube over a total of 200 videos, so we kind of reached sort of a milestone as well. [The Article Continues Below The Video]

Image Aspect Ratio
We have noticed that putting the videos in a 9:16 image aspect ratio has helped to get the new video shorts a lot of views. Previously, we have been using primarily the 16:9, or letterbox image aspect ratio. We will probably be doing all of the longer videos in the 16:9 format and the shorts in the 9:16 format. The 9:16 image aspect ratio is more compatible with cell phones. The shorts have a tendency to be viewed quite a lot on cell phones. It can actually become quite addicting and people have a tendency towards viewing one right after another. Myself included.

It's Been A Lot of Work
It's been a lot of work but We have received a mostly-favorable response. The people who criticize most are actually the people who create nothing of their own. Other creators have more of an idea as to how much work actually goes into these sort of things. That's why they have a tendency to give a more favorable response. At least that's my theory regarding that. Also, people without lives of their own are the absolute worst.
A lot of people don't realize that there is a lot involved in the process of trying to optimize your videos on YouTube in order to make them more likely to show up in people's feeds. I've been learning more about that process and the various details concerning that. After all, what is the point of creating all of these videos if nobody is going to see them? Fortunately enough, there are actually a ton of videos regarding that on YouTube itself. I suggest that all content creators check that out for themselves.
